Salary: Grade G point 8 - 12 (subject to experience) £21,373 - £23,135 Full time equivalent, part-time posts will be paid pro-rata

Previous experience of working with children within the primary age range is essential, alongside a proven track record of strong and consistent behaviour management. We are looking for an inspiring HLTA who leads by example with the ability to motivate others. Our ideal candidate will be a team player and have the ability to independently use initiative, whilst demonstrating a warm, caring and nurturing personality.
Requirements:
- Considerable experience as a TA
- Be able to demonstrate that you can provide a stimulating and exciting learning experience for our pupils
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Committed to safeguarding children
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork
- Commitment to ensuring every child reaches their potential
- A good sense of humour
The hours of work will be 08:45 – 15:15 Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch.
